1 - General Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the contract entered into by and between the customer (hereinafter, You) and Telepay, SL, a company incorporated in Madrid, having its fiscal address at Avenida Puente Cultural, 8, Portal A, Bajo 1º, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid, VAT Reg. No. B-84073386, and email address: email@example.com, which owns the Teleingreso trade mark and the domain name ‘teleingreso.com’, regarding the aforementioned payment method service.

3 -Description of the Service
Purchasing using a reference code is a purchasing process whereby You receive an alphanumerical reference code that You will use to pay for your purchase. The reference code is generated by Telepay and is linked to a monetary value and a specific Merchant. You must present the reference code at a payment location to pay for the order to which the code refers. You may pay using any accepted payment method, both physical and electronic. Telepay will verify the payment and notify the Merchant, who will then complete the transaction.
Telepay helps manage the purchasing process by generating reference codes for the Merchant. These are alphanumerical codes linked to a monetary value and a specific Merchant, and allow end users to pay for the services offered by the Merchant.
Simply choose Teleingreso as your payment method on the Merchant’s online platform where you are making your purchase. The Merchant will provide you with a 9-digit payment code. Go to a Teleingreso Network location, present your code and pay for your purchase in cash, by credit card or using any other payment method available to you.
Once payment has been confirmed, a receipt or payment confirmation slip will be issued. The Merchant will receive the corresponding notification in real time and complete your purchase.
You have one (1) week to make the payment, once the Teleingreso code has been issued to you. If one (1) week elapses without you having made the corresponding payment, the code will no longer be valid and the Merchant will cancel your order.
Teleingreso uses EUROS as its payment currency. Only payments in euros will be accepted if you use a Teleingreso code.
Teleingreso payments made at a Teleingreso Network location cannot be cancelled. Please retain the receipt or confirmation slip issued by the Teleingreso Network location at the time of payment. If you have any complaints (e.g. if the Merchant fails to complete your order) or if any issues arise during the payment process, please contact Customer Care and we will take all steps necessary to solve the problem. 5 - Your Obligations
As a customer, You agree to use the Service in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract as described in these General Terms and Conditions. You further agree to observe third-party rights and the law and to maintain the public order. You agree to abstain from using the Service for illicit purposes. Telepay reserves the right to take any action it may deem necessary, including legal action, if there are any signs of fraud in how the Service is being used.
Customers who sign up voluntarily on www.teleingreso.com are required to provide accurate information for customer identification, internal processing and fraud prevention purposes. We reserve the right to cancel your account if any of the details you provide at registration are inaccurate.
You are responsible for safekeeping and correctly using your Teleingreso payment code. If you lose or misplace the code, please contact Customer Care. They will provide you with the information you need in order to make the payment.
6 - Obligations of Telepay
Telepay will provide the Service diligently and with due care, in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. If any problems arise, Telepay will make its best efforts to solve them within 48 hours of identifying the problem.
Telepay makes available to customers a Customer Care service for resolving any problems or issues that may arise regarding the Service. To learn more, please visit www.teleingreso.com.
Telepay is responsible for creating reference codes on behalf of the Merchant. These reference codes may solely be used to pay for orders placed on the Merchant’s website by end users within the Territory.
7 - Limitation and/or Exclusion of Guarantees and Liability
The Merchant or payment location may set a maximum or minimum purchase amount, including permitted values for Teleingreso payment codes. You will find information on these limits on the Merchant’s website or at the payment location.
The Merchant or payment location may ask you to provide additional information in order to ascertain or confirm your identity, according to the money laundering prevention requirements that may be in force at the time of payment.
Please note that some Teleingreso network locations are only open during regular business hours, but you may also use one of our self-service payment locations that are available 24 hours/365 days a year.
Merchants are responsible for informing customers that payment has been received, once Telepay notifies the Merchant that payment with the Teleingreso code has been processed successfully.
Telepay is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may be caused to you, which may arise from requesting and paying with a Teleingreso code.
Telepay is not liable for any damages that may be caused to you, which may arise from the loss or theft of your Teleingreso payment code, payment receipt or confirmation slip.
Telepay is not liable for any damages that may arise from any defects in the goods or services acquired from Merchants accepting Telepay as a payment method.
8 - Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
